Glendora Village
Business Spotlight : Coldwell Banker Millennium Celebrates 20th Anniversary

It was 20 years ago, that the vision of building a Real Estate Firm in the Glendora Village that would create an environment for Sales Associates to thrive while always putting their Client’s needs ahead of theirs became a reality.

Valentine’s Day, 1997 was the day of their first meeting in their new site, 134 N. Glendora Ave., Glendora.  Renovating the blighted Old Imperial Bank building gave Glendora Avenue a bit of a facelift and over the last 20 years the Village has become more of a destination, with events and restaurants that are a draw to the retail environment.

Having lived in Glendora since Phyllis was a child, her father founded a church in this town, she and her husband plus her children and grandchildren all attended or are attending Glendora Schools. Phyllis’s husband served the community for 30 years at GPD and then had the privilege of founding and growing Coldwell Banker Millennium.

Phyllis would like to take this opportunity to thank Glendora and their Clients for supporting them… “It is because of you that we celebrate this 20thAnniversary and look towards a bright future as a top Real Estate Firm in Glendora where our Clients are #1”.

 -Thanks to all of you,

Phyllis Fritz, Broker Coldwell Banker Millennium
